Weaverham High School Development Plan 2019-2021

Leadership and Management  

1. To grow and nurture leadership capacity across the newly defined team by strengthening leadership at all levels
2. Deliver a CPD programme which addresses needs identified by SLT and staff.
3. Meet the challenges of an increased PAN and a growing school

 Quality of Education – Raising Standards

4. Close or eliminate achievement gaps between key groups of students (especially disadvantaged) across all years by improving the quality of T&L
5. Raise standards through effective assessment
6. Curriculum Review – Review current curriculum provision and develop a broad and balanced curriculum offer which meets the needs of our students and maximises progress and engagement.

Behaviours and Attitude

7. Ensure that students’ behaviour and attitude to learning and towards others are exemplary
8. Improve attendance and punctuality
