Accessibility Plan

The Accessibility Plan sets out how Weaverham High School will seek to meet the needs of disabled staff, pupils and parents.

The original building was constructed in 1954 when little attention was paid to the needs of disabled people.  The school is on a number of different levels with no lift access.  There are therefore some inherent problems which are very difficult to overcome and consequently alternative approaches and solutions have been found.

The Governing Body is currently in the process of updating the Accessibility Plan.
